From 1999 to 2006.

The Cornhusker Invitational Racing Pigeon Club Flew from the West. Race Station were Wood River NE North Platte ,NE Kimball Ne to name a few. From 1999 to 2006 My daughter or I won several races from 100 miles to 500 miles. Along with Champion Bird and Average Speed.

In 2007 we Joined Husker Hawkeye Combine. This combine sole purpose was to fly long races from 400 to 600 miles and  front of 500 miles. It consisted of clubs from Des Moines Ia to North Platte NE. The Race Station were Oklahoma City OK .,Marietta OK . And Fort Worth TX

The Race schedule was as follows. 2-400,2-500,2-600 . The race were flown as follows 400 one week followed by a 400 mile next week. The a open week followed by a 500 then 500 after that then a open week the 600 mile followed by 600 mile race. So what the daughter and I did was to fly the cocks one week and hens the next week. This gave the about 3 weeks from the time they flew the 1st 400 mile race to the time they flew a 500 mile race. Our cocks won the every race they were shipped on. The hen had anywhere from 2 to 4Th place finishes on their half of the race schedule.

In both the Iowa/Nebraska combine and Husker Hawkeye Combine. We finish several times in the top 25.

In 2008 we had one race win on the long races. Overall a very poor 2008 season

Our short racing is to say the least needs a lot of work.

The 2009 race schedule has been change by both Husker Hawkeye Combine and The Iowa/Nebraska combine.

The changes that The Husker Hawkeye combine made was from a 400,500,600 race schedule to a 400,400,500 with is ideal for yearling and 2 years old. The 2nd half of the race schedule is a 500,600,600 with is ideal for 3 year old and older.

Iowa/Nebraska combine change all race stations and the run along Hwy75 in Kansas and Oklahoma
